I know this is the lazy way to relay how much all of my inlaws and outlaws mean to me but is midweek and I am inundated with work this week and so I say simply:
HAPPY VALENTINES DAY TO MY DEAR FAMILY I LOVE YOU ALL. ENJOY YOUR DAY WITH YOUR LOVED ONES AND BE WELL!!!

By now, you all may have heard from Julie or facebook, about my heart attack last week. Suffice it to say, Im home 2 days now and doing fine. All is well, for the present and just want to remind everyone that the best Valentine or after Valentine gift you can give yourself, is the gift of taking good care of your heart.
ReplyDeleteI now have a pantry to start gleaning of all those sodium laden products that are not heart healthy. A whole new way of living for sure.
