Just talked to Julie and she said she and Kevie were coming in for his Giordannos on Sat night Feb10th...Just want the word out there so a few siblings can join in the fun. He then leaves Feb 15 for the army training.
Julie said she received many birthday phone calls and she was grateful to all who cared and called.

Yes, Peg, it is Feb. 13, the one of two days in a year that Beth & I go to the Chop House for dinner (the birthday kid gets a free meal). Also thank you for acknowlegment of our 45th anniversay - although the real date was Saturday, not Friday. We celebrated by taking in a silent retreat Thursday-Sunday that was given by the priests' of the order of Opus Sanctorum Angelorum - the Holy Angel priests. It was exactly what we expected as we are now refueled for the year. They remind us of our need to call upon our Guardian Angel many time throughout the day to help us discern and do God's will in our lives. We too often forget we have that Guardian Angel assigned to us at Baptism to guide us throughout our daily lives and protects us when attacked by Satan. We are glad to hear Kevin is accepted into the Army - wish we could be in Chitown to celebrate with you all. See if he can say a few words on the blog site while he is there. Also, if he wants to give us an email address that he can be reached at, have him do that on my email address. All the families are coming over to our house on Super Bowl Sunday to celebrate Feb. birthdays - and to watch a little football. Must close. God bless you all.
