How To Post a Comment in this New Layout

This new layout has SLIGHTLY changed how to post a comment.
It's STILL VERY EASY!
FIRST: Click on the "comments" link under the Last or Main post. (Just as before).
You will now see the latest comments.
Scrolling down to the bottom
, you'll see the Comment Box.
SECOND: Click on the "Select Profile..." POP UP Window and Select,
"Name/URL" option or (the Anonymous option).
THIRD: Enter your First Name in the Name box - leave the URL box empty.
FINALLY: Write your comment and post it.
That's IT. Love, Pat
P.S. If what I have described is NOT what you are seeing,
Please let me know. Presence.Now@gmail.com

  1. Hello Everyone! I''m sure all of us are back to normal life after spending Tuesday glued to the TV set! It was a historical occasion to say the least. What so impressed me was to be able to see people, seminal in the Civil Rights work of the 60's, able to be alive to take part in this momentous day. And now the work begins.

I've had a full day today. We went to St. Pascals's this morning to attend Mass with Nick and Isabella at their school Mass. From there I went to Oltman, to read with a student-who wasn't exactly co-operative.

Then, I had to go to St. Thomas and sing in the choir for a funeral at 11:00AM.I came home at 12:30, and had lunch with Ed. At 1:15PM, a friend from Duluth who is in Cottage Grove (very, nearby) met me at Perkins for about an hour for coffee.

Since I got home, I've been at the computer, getting through e-mail. It is 4:07 PM, time to get supper. So I almost feel like I'm at work again. I had hoped to get a Tok-Box off to Pat or on the Blog widget, but I do not know how to send it out. I do not know how to address it to Pat or what ever.So I will settle for this wordy entry.

Tomorrow, there is another funeral at 11:00AM.So my day will be screwed up again. I will have Curves also, and probably a trip to Cub for groceries. I need to get some housework done.

I am reading the diaries of Dorothy Day-in the 1950's at my present pages. I read about 20 min a night in the 500+ page book. It has been interesting. She was so human, yet so focused on "doing God's Will" and living in a Christian way in her everyday life.

I go from that book to Wicked by Gregory McGuire. It is a take from the Wizard of Oz-definitely, an adult Fairy tale.I am near the end-about four more hours reading. We are to discuss it at Book Club next Tuesday. It is different, but I am finally into it. I know the girls saw the broadway production a couple years ago.

It is warm and melting here today. By tomorrow it is to get really COLD and windy again, so that will not be pleasant.

How is everyone? Do write and let us know how all is going.
    Love, Mary C

  2. Hi Everyone, I have removed the TokBox Recorder(WIDGET), from the blog so it won't confuse those who do not have either a microphone or camera connected to their computer.

Instructions for posting a comment is on the blog. ONLY ONE STEP is different, from before when you go to post a comment.

The (Comment as: Select Profile...) is now a POP UP window so you can select to put your "First Name" or "Anonymous" to identify yourself in the post. (as I explain within the post).

Mary C. had no problem posting, but for some reason Bonnie's Browser is not seeing the blog as I've described it, and hasn't been able to post to date.

Downloading or updating Browsers does not cost anything and should be done periodically. A free Video "Flash Player" may be required for some of you to watch video's on your computer.

If anyone else is having problems please let me know. My e-mail address is with the instructional post.

We have added some fun stuff to the blog (just to the right of the comments), like the most watched YouTube Videos. Just move your mouse pointer over a video to see what it is, then click on it to watch it. It plays right on the blog. The Video options rotate periodically. Enjoy.

Pictures (like the one of me) with a caption, will be changed periodically featuring other family members. If you have any fun pictures of family with a caption send them to Peg or myself to post. Hope you are all doing well. Love, Pat

  3. Just trying to make a comment if possible. As most of you can appreciate, this may be the only way to get a word in edgewise, without being drowned out! Looking forward to being drowned out late this week, when Mike and Jo arrive.LOVE and PEACE,TOM
